Best experience ever

I am so impressed with the quality of this company from start to finish! I was a little apprehensive about dropping this much money on a reformer, but was encouraged by the positive reviews and the fact that I would be saving money over time when compared to my local studio membership. I reached out to Your Reformer with some questions about the various models and they were so friendly, quick to respond, and helpful.

The shipping of the reformer itself took a bit longer than I expected (~2 weeks door to door), but the day of delivery was seamless—the fulfillment company delivered it and unpacked it right in my living room. Setup was so easy, and right out the box I could tell the quality of the reformer is absolutely impeccable. It is sturdy, quiet and smooth, and the mocha color is absolutely gorgeous and so aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was absolutely amazing and when I realized that I was missing the Black Friday item with purchase, they overnighted it to me at no cost.

Finally, I am super impressed with the app so far and the intermediate classes are just the right amount of heat and challenge for me. I cannot recommend Your Reformer enough!! Top of the line across the board, run, don’t walk to buy :)

Amazing product

We received our original folding reformer a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The quality of the materials and the reformer are incredible quality. It is easy to move, set up, and use. The included app is also awesome and has a good variety of levels and classes that are accessible for anyone. The price is quite frankly such a great deal compared to classes and passes in our area and we couldn’t be happier. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic - responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. If you’re on the fence thinking about purchasing one, don’t be — just hit “buy!”

I purchased a reformer after seeing this one on a tik tok video and reached out to see if they were in the US — lucky enough for me, they were launching in the next couple of months!
