The HYROX Program Has Arrived on KioskPro

A smarter way to train and a more balanced way to perform.

There’s a new rhythm emerging in the way athletes train for HYROX, and it’s not just about pushing harder. It’s about moving better.

This April, the HYROX 28 Day Program lands on KioskPro, designed to seamlessly integrate with HYROX-specific training and elevate the way athletes prepare, recover, and perform.

In a sport defined by intensity, it’s often the moments in between that make the biggest difference: the precision, the control, the recovery.

Where Performance Meets Precision

HYROX demands a unique kind of athlete. One who can run, lift, carry, and endure and often all at once. Behind every powerful movement is something quieter: stability, mobility, and control. This is where Reformer Pilates comes in.

The HYROX 28 Day Program has been thoughtfully designed to complement existing training, pairing high-intensity performance work with targeted Reformer Pilates and active recovery sessions. The result is a more balanced, more sustainable approach to training, one that supports the body as much as it challenges it.

Designed to Work With You, Not Against You

Running for 28 days, this program is structured to fit alongside each athlete’s HYROX training schedule, not replace it.

Each week includes four guided sessions:

• Three targeted Reformer Pilates classes

• One active recovery session

Every movement, every sequence is intentional, crafted to support the demands of HYROX while giving the body space to restore and recalibrate.

Training That Goes Beyond the Surface

Across four weeks, the program builds progressively. Layering strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that mirrors the evolving demands of training.

Week 1 focuses on joint stability and movement efficiency, creating a strong foundation to build from.

Week 2 opens the body through thoracic rotation and upper body mobility, unlocking freedom in movement and breath.

Week 3 deepens into joint health and resilience, supporting longevity as training intensity increases.

Week 4 shifts into load tolerance, stability, and change of direction, preparing the body for the dynamic demands of race day.

Each phase is designed not only to support performance but to refine it.

Built for the HYROX Season Ahead

With HYROX events spanning globally, from Brisbane in April through to the World Championships in Stockholm this June, athletes are entering a critical phase of preparation.

The HYROX 28 Day Program on KioskPro has been created to support exactly that. Offering studios and athletes a way to integrate purposeful movement into performance training, without adding complexity.

This program is live from Monday, 6th April and will be available to be completed by users on their own timeline.
