Very easy process from ordering to delivery to using.
We have been doing reformer pilates for years now in studios and thought it was time to get our own reformer. Through a little research we stumbled across 'Your Reformer', discovered the foldable reformer, were immediately hooked, placed the order and had the unit delivered and installed. We are so very happy with our reformer and also the online classes which at $20ish per month or $234ish for the year are A LOT more affordable than paying $25+ for 45 minutes every time we went into the studio. One of our best decision we have made, we have no regrets, the money is well spent and we use the reformer regularly for classes or just stretching. We are extremely happy with what we have :-)
