Sweat free.

I really like the layer of protection the mat gives for sweaty workouts. I haven't used the bands yet, but can see that they have 3 different levels of resistance.

The prop starter kit is very good quality, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I ordered a different colour to what arrived, but they still do the job!

Yoga Mat

Yoga mat is good quality, nice thickness, love the colour and size. Contemporary look with round rather than square end. Quite heavy so not that portable also very strong chemical plastic like smell upon opening the packaging and even a week on with regular use and cleaning the mat.
