This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. Please note: if you are using the Pilates Wedge for a medical condition or limitation, it should only be used under the instruction/guidance of a qualified practitioner.

The quality of this reformer is beautiful. It is heavy and very well made. The carriage slides with ease. I was a bit disappointed with the folding feature. I chose this one because I have my reformer in a multipurpose room and wanted the ability to fold the reformer and easily move it out of the room when needed. In order to fold you have to deconstruct the reformer which leaves other parts you have to store and when you fold the reformer there is no safety latch to keep the two sides folded together. Also, the reformer cannot stand independently once folder like other foldable reformers on the market…. it can only lie flat which doesn’t make storing it very easy because it is still very large once folded. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the your reformer app is fantastic for taking classes.

Convenient and great fit

Handy for the reformer and easy the clean. Only issue was that when it came, there was a really toxic plastic smell. I had to air it out and wipe it down a few times before using.
