This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. Please note: if you are using the Pilates Wedge for a medical condition or limitation, it should only be used under the instruction/guidance of a qualified practitioner.

I had the best experience with this company! I ordered a bunch of equipment last minute for a photo shoot and was really worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I messaged them on Instagram and they replied straight away and even shipped my package the same day.

I've been using it for a few weeks now, and the springs are very smooth, making it convenient to use and easy to clean. It's definitely worthwhile for Pilates instructors to practice at home.
