This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. Please note: if you are using the Pilates Wedge for a medical condition or limitation, it should only be used under the instruction/guidance of a qualified practitioner.

Great feeling mat

I really love the shape and feel of the mat. It's beautiful, thick and really dense/heavy which makes it very supportive. The only thing I've noticed is it shows moisture. Sweat shows on it as well as hold onto the moisture from being wiped down as well. I have the sage version.

Been looking for a new stainless teel water bottle with a straw and just my luck that this was on sale. Got mine in the very trendy Mocha colour. No issues with it so far, easy to clean and the 1 L bottle is perfect for someone wh o has trouble with drinking sufficient water during the day. The handle also makes it handy to take around.
