This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. Please note: if you are using the Pilates Wedge for a medical condition or limitation, it should only be used under the instruction/guidance of a qualified practitioner.

Worth the investment!

I was tried of paying Los Angeles boutique pilates prices per month and took a leap with purchasing my own reformer. After researching a few brands, I found Your Reformer through Instagram. They were just about to launch in the US. What drew me to the brand was their sleek wood set up and all the included props, like the jump board and box. Bonus points that The Original Folding fit perfectly in my apartment and can easily fold away for storage. I haven’t tried to fold away yet, but it’s pretty heavy and looks to be a two person job.

Delivery was a seamless experience and they even set up my reformer and showed me how to lock in the jump board correctly. With my reformer I received a 3 month membership. I’m pleasantly surprised with the classes so far. With my experience I jumped to the intermediate classes and find them challenging and non-repetitive from traditional in-person class settings. I was worried about feeling the middle fold when gliding, but you get used to it and now I hardly notice it.

This has been a great experience and I’m excited to dive deeper into the classes and experiment with the props to grow my practice!

I’ve used the reformer every day since it arrived. I have chronic pelvic pain and doing reformer pilates every day means that I’m now pain free. Amazing service, quality product and I love the online classes.
