Beautiful accessories, frustrating shipping experience - missing items

I received a bulk wholesale order over $2000 and I am missing items. The colors are beautiful and the price can’t be beat. However, regarding the issue I had, the ability to contact someone to resolve is pretty limited (chat only) and they don’t reply right away which means you have to keep going back into chat to see if you get a reply. I also did not get my free sock stand that was advertised on orders over 200.00. Hopeful this all resolves before my studio opens in 2 weeks.

Your Reformer are a great company to rent from - I'm absolutely loving having a reformer at home and I use it all the time. The equipment is perfect, the classes fantastic - great variety to choose from, and the staff have been fabulous and easy to deal with. I highly recommend renting from this company and/or signing up for their online classes app. It is truly a wonder gift to myself. I'm so pleased with the product and the service.
