• Dust/wipe down the railings weekly to ensure smooth movement.
• Wipe down upholstery after use with a cloth dampened with water and dishwashing detergent and let air dry.
• Wash hand and feet straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle machine cycle; dry in direct sunlight.
• Rotate springs evenly for longevity.
• Leave one red spring on when not in use to prevent carriage movement. Avoid leaving all springs on to prevent wear.

Wonderful reformer, very smooth!

If your familiar with Pilates reformers, this one is great.
Pros:
Easy to put together. Heavy & Sturdy. Pretty. Easy to take apart enough to store under a bed.
Con’s:
The only things I would change are how the rope excess hangs, and the foot bar movement.
I'm absolutely loving my new reformer, it's such great quality for a more affordable price point than balanced body!

I’m on the East Coast USA and my reformer arrived in 7 business days. It came professionally crated, on a pallet, and was in perfect condition when unboxed. It took under 5 minutes to assemble and I was using it within the hour after delivery. I truly cannot say enough good things about this machine & company. They are doing it right!
