This triangular shaped foam cushion can be used to challenge, improve, and modify exercises for individuals that are pregnant, or have specific injuries or limitations. Designed to support the body through Pilates exercises, the wedge is placed under the hips to aid in alignment of the spine and pelvis, whilst relieving discomfort in the lower back and hips. The triangular shape provides a raised, comfortable, supportive platform for those that may be unable or limited to lying flat on their back or side. My Pilates teacher even thinks this machine is smooth

I’m a beginner to Pilates have done it about three months now and decided to get a home machine not only is the aesthetics of this machine absolutely stunning but in fact, my personal Pilates teacher came over to my home to test it out herself. She was in love. Customer service is exquisite and top-notch. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, I would recommend this reformer!
