Wholesale Account Request
Thanks for submitting a Your Reformer Wholesale Account request!
Here’s what to do next:
- Please be patient – we are currently reviewing the details of your application and will contact you as soon as possible.
- We require you to provide a tax exemption certificate.
- If you have already uploaded this with your Wholesale application, we will be reviewing this as part of your initial application.
- If you have not provided the exemption certificate, you will receive a request to upload OR create.
- Your Reformer work with Avalara to manage the tax exemption certificate approval process.
- If you do not already have a Tax Exemption Certificate, it is recommended that you create one using Avalara's CertExpress Portal.
- Please reference Avalara's State Guide to Resale Certificates. If your documents to not meet state rules, they will be marked as invalid and you will be asked to resubmit.
- The sales tax exemption and wholesale approval process may take up to 5 business days
- Once your Wholesale application and tax exemption have been approved, you will receive an email containing details to login to your Wholesale account.
- Begin your shopping experience!
- Keep an eye out for an email from our Commercial Account Management team containing the catalogue and further details.
