Awesome reformer and app

The delivery took a while and the crate got damaged. Luckily the contents were ok. Set up was easy and the app has a lot of great classes with clear instructions. I’ve been enjoying my reformer so much and I can feel my muscles getting stronger already.

Fulfillment process challenging but reformer is great

Finally received the reformer after a 2 month wait - sounded like there were some challenges in the fulfillment process (definitely recommend following up regularly to ensure your delivery is on track!!) now that I have the machine it is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Missing bung for pikates ball

Everything is great but the pilates ball came without a bung.

BEST INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE!

Having an injury plus being on immunotherapy, meant that the expensive membership and classes I would book, I would lose my money on because the studio refused to give me leeway or grace when I had late cancellations. Given I had to book a week in advance to get the classes I could go to, meant that last minute changes were not an option for me. I understand that the owner of the studio has a business to run and was looking after her own interests, I’m not begrudging that. I’m self employed also, so I understand the business decisions she has to make. Hence the decision to buy my own reformer. Alongside the fact that I can go with how I feel, I choose my program on the wonderful YR app, and along with my physio program that is clinically based, I am meeting all my fitness and recovery goals. I’m so happy I made the investment. The cost per use by the time I own it for 6 months will be almost zero $. Whilst I understand that some people love the class environment, that’s okay too. But the beauty of walking into my spare room at leisure where my reformer sits with all the accessories I was given with my purchase makes me feel like I’m the luckiest person on earth. I don’t want to forget to mention the service, the valet installation and the communication with the sales team was second to none! If there were more stars to add to this rating, I would. I give YR 100 stars. Thank you Thank you!
