Wholesale Account Request

Thanks for submitting a Your Reformer Wholesale Account request! 

Here’s what to do next: 

  1. We are currently reviewing the details of your application.
  2. Within 2 business days, your Wholesale account will be created so that you can shop (state taxes may apply). You will receive an email containing details to login to your Wholesale account. 
  3. To shop tax free, a valid tax exemption certificate is required to achieve approval status. 
    • If you have already uploaded this with your Wholesale application, we will be reviewing this as part of your initial application.
    • If you have not provided the exemption certificate, you will receive a request to upload OR create. 
    • Your Reformer work with Avalara to manage the tax exemption certificate approval process. 
    • If you do not already have a Tax Exemption Certificate, it is recommended that you create one using Avalara's CertExpress Portal. 
    • Please reference Avalara's State Guide to Resale Certificates. If your documents to not meet state rules, they will be marked as invalid and you will be asked to resubmit. 
    • The sales tax exemption approval process may take up to 5 business days
